<p><em><strong>INGREDIENTES</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>1 paquete de pasta larga<br />
1 libra de embutidos<br />
1 taza de crema<br />
1 cebolla<br />
2 dientes de ajo<br />
1 cucharadita de orégano<br />
3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<br />
1/4 de taza de queso parmesano o seco<br />
4 onzas de aceitunas, palmito, pacayas o espárragos<br />
4 onzas de champiñones, garbanzos, habas o alberja<br />
Sal y pimienta</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>PROCEDIMIENTO</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>En una olla con abundante agua y sal cocinar la pasta 2 minutos menos de lo que indica el empaque y reservar.</li>
<li>En una sartén sofreír cebolla, ajo, embutidos, orégano y sofreír por unos minutos, luego agregar las aceitunas, champiñones crema y dejar cocinar por 5 minutos.</li>
<li>Incorporar en la salsa la pasta y dejar que todo se cocine por 2 minutos para terminar con queso y perejil.</li>
