<p><em><strong>INGREDIENTES</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>4 pan pita</li>
<li>1 lb atún fresco</li>
<li>1 cebolla morada</li>
<li>1 taza de tomates deshidratados</li>
<li>1 aguacate</li>
<li>Sal y pimienta</li>
<li>1 taza de yogurt sin azúcar</li>
<li>1 pepino</li>
<li>1/4 de cucharadita de comino</li>
<li>1 limón</li>
<li>Sal y pimienta</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>PROCEDIMIENTO</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>En una bandeja colocar el atún, cubrir con sal y dejar curar por 15 min; quitar el exceso de sal con agua y cortar en finas laminas.</li>
<li>Salsa fría: rayar el pepino y mezclar con yogurt, comino, limón, sal, pimienta y dejar reposar por 10 minutos.</li>
<li>Armar el pan pita con: cebolla, aguacate, tomate, atún y salsa fría.</li>
