<p><em><strong>INGREDIENTES</strong></em></p>
<p>• 3 tazas de ricotta<br />
• 2 tazas de espinaca picada<br />
• 12 canelones<br />
• 1/2 cebolla blanca, picada en cubos pequeños<br />
• 1/2 taza queso Parmesano rallado<br />
• 1/4 taza de albahaca picada<br />
• 2 cdas de aceite de oliva<br />
• Salsa de tomate (425 g)<br />
• Sal y pimienta<br />
Para hacer los canelones rellenos<br />
• Calienta el horno a 350 ºF.<br />
• Mezcla la ricotta, espinaca y albahaca en un tazón profundo.<br />
• Agrega el aceite y sazona con sal y pimienta al gusto.<br />
• Vierte en una funda plástica y corta una esquina.<br />
• Rellena los canelones crudos con la ricotta y coloca en un molde de hornear.<br />
• Cubre con la salsa de tomate.<br />
• Cubre el molde con papel de aluminio.<br />
• Lleva al horno por 40 minutos o hasta que los canelones estén cocidos.<br />
• Retira del horno.<br />
• Cubre con el Parmesano y sirve con ensalada.</p>
